With more than 20 years of customer service and client support experience, Sue Cosgrove is dedicated to providing a seamless, personalized experience for clients throughout the insurance process. As Senior Insurance Coordinator at Broad Street Financial, LLC, Sue manages all new life and disability insurance applications, guiding clients through each stage of the medical and financial underwriting process with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Sue is known for her “white glove” approach to service, helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported from start to finish. Her strong communication skills, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence help ensure that every client receives theprotection solutions best suited to their needs and goals.
Prior to joining Broad Street Financial, Sue held roles in financial services, client relations, and business development, building a well-rounded background in customer care and relationship management.
Outside of work, Sue enjoys hiking while working toward her birding life list, reading, and exploring a variety of hand crafts. Sue is married with a son soon to graduate from her alma mater, Penn State.
