With more than three decades of experience, Ronald Perilstein is a highly experienced insurance advisor specializing in the design, implementation, and management of customized life, disability, and long-term care insurance strategies for individuals, families, and business owners.
The former President of The Arjay Group, Inc., Ron is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC), and Certified in Long-Term Care® (CLTC) designations. He was a longtime member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council (PEPC) and National Financial Partners (NFP).
Beyond his professional work, Ron is deeply committed to community leadership. He has served as Board Chair of Penn Hillel and Federation Early Learning Services (FELS), and as a longtime Board Member of The Abramson Center for Jewish Life. He remains actively involved with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, serving on the Professional Advisors Network and Insurance Committee, and chairs the Weinberg Foundation, which distributes more than $1,000,000 annually to Philadelphia nonprofits. He also serves as Co-Chair of Har Zion Temple's capital campaign.
Ron resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and family.
