Jennifer McMahon

Jennifer C. McMahon is the Office Manager at Broad Street Financial, where she plays a key role in supporting both the firm’s operations and the overall client experience. With nearly three decades in the financial services industry, Jennifer began her career as an assistant in 1997 and has built extensive experience helping teams and clients navigate the day-to-day details of financial planning.

In her role, Jennifer manages bookkeeping and payroll while also supporting the Insurance New Business team, assisting with ongoing insurance service, and helping advisors prepare for client meetings.

Jennifer especially values the opportunity to support clients during difficult or overwhelming times. Whether helping someone navigate a long-term care or disability claim, she understands how stressful these moments can be. She takes pride in easing that burden—handling details and follow-ups so clients can focus on what matters most.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys quilting and often makes handmade pieces for the people in her life. She’s also known for adding a touch of humor to her internal emails—a trait her coworkers would probably describe as equal parts appreciated and “we didn’t ask for this, but okay.”
