Cameron Mactavish

Cam focuses on retirement plan consulting and employee financial education support, helping businesses create stronger financial futures for their employees. He began his career in sales in 2015 after graduating from College of Charleston. His passion for working with small businesses began early in life while spending time around his father’s architecture firm, where he developed a strong appreciation for entrepreneurship, client relationships, and the value of a good team.

In his work with business owners and leadership teams, Cam is known for helping organizations uncover challenges and opportunities they may not have realized existed — whether within their retirement plan, employee engagement strategy, or overall financial wellness approach.

Based in South Carolina, Cam is deeply connected to the coastal lifestyle. Outside the office, he enjoys sailing, surfing, and live performance. He also values the opportunity to visit family spread across North America.
