Andrew Starfield

Andy Starfield is Managing Partner of Broad Street Financial, a boutique financial planning firm focused on helping business owners protect, grow, and ultimately transition what they have built.

Andy began his career in SBA lending before entering financial services in 2009, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face when balancing growth, risk, liquidity, and long-term planning. Today, he specializes in risk management, wealth planning, and business-owner strategies, with a particular focus on life insurance, disability protection, succession planning, and estate planning.

Andy also leads a niche national practice supporting SBA lenders and borrowers with the life and disability insurance requirements tied to business loans. His team specializes in helping lenders and borrowers move quickly, clearly, and compliantly through the insurance process.

In addition to his role at Broad Street, Andy serves as a committee chair for the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and the MassMutual Advisors Association. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant® and Business Succession Planning® Certificate designations from The American College of Financial Services.

Andy lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with his wife, Amit, and their two sons, Eli and Isaac.
